Personal Thoughts (Jalan R. Ward)
After a few days in from airing this great interview on CBS17, it still has not settled in on what has transpired for the brand. We are on to new levels, and bigger goals to obtain. I am grateful to have the opportunity to represent an entire community of Black people the best way I know how. There are two platforms currently developing now, which is P.B.B. and J.Ward. What actually happened on January 31st, 2022 was the start of the brand's transition into a global spotlight. The Proud Black Brand has taken a leap into the eyes of people who are like-minded and goal-seeking individuals. This is exactly what I imagined to happen, and what I prayed to get to over a span of 5 years.
God is truly working through this brand. The biggest thing I'm understanding from this entire interview is that anybody can make it happen. I'm just a kid from Raleigh who feels I deserve a chance to share my ideas with the world, and God feels the same. This is now the time to shift the brand into a different light and to make sure that we implement our mission and goals throughout the company's lifetime. Thanks again to CBS17 for giving me a chance, words cannot express my deepest appreciation for the opportunity.
I cannot wait to show the world what is next with The Proud Black Brand. Buckle up! It's time to take off!
